In May, the AJFVC Team Output 1 carried out a field study to evaluate the current status of the Quality Good Agricultural Practices (QGAP) system in Thailand. The team conducted research in rural areas, interacting with local GAP-certified farmers and had discussions with key government bodies such as the Department of Agriculture (DOA) and the Department of Agricultural Extension (DOAE).

This study aligns with AJFVC’s goal to develop effective marketing and promotion strategies for national and ASEAN GAPs. The team collected valuable data through this research to evaluate the efficacy of the QGAP system and to gain a comprehensive understanding of the agricultural environment in rural areas.
